lately I have really been thinking about my choice to attempt (attempt being the key word) to get into vet school. the prereqs are turning out to be really difficult, and extremely stressful, and I believe they are not really even a good indication of what real vet school will be like. But then I see a picture like this, or a picture of an adorable dog,cat or horse, or something, and it just makes me realize they are one of my true loves in life. and i would be cheating myself if i didnt atleast try to get into vet school. i feel like we need more vets in the world. more good ones. and the reason i want to be one is i feel we need a good advocate for these voiceless creatures. i would be helping both the animals physically, and their owners emotionally. its a true blend of helping all the write things/people/situations. i believe it would be a truly rewarding profession, as well as one that will probably be very tough to handle sometime. well, either way, if its meant to be I hope I can become a vet some day. if not i dont know whats in the cards for me. but i hope its goodd!!!!!
